Douglas is a Director at Cross Keys Capital and joined the firm in 2021. He has over 10 years of investment banking experience and executed more than $15 billion of M&A, equity, and debt transactions for companies in the healthcare, energy, and industrials sectors. Prior to joining Cross Keys, Douglas was an Executive Director in the Healthcare Group at Oppenheimer & Co. and a Vice President in the Healthcare Group at Stifel. Douglas began his healthcare investment banking career with Jefferies in New York.

Douglas received a M.S. in Finance, Beta Gamma Sigma, from University of Denver, M.B.A from Rollins College, and a B.A. in Economics and English (Literature) from Denison University. He holds the FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
