Louis is a Vice President at Cross Keys Capital and joined the firm in 2021. He has more than 20 years of experience in M&A corporate development and corporate finance. In his prior role, Louis worked as an M&A Manager for Envision Healthcare, responsible for acquiring 12 physician practices. Louis has also held M&A roles with OptionCare/ Walgreens Health Services (pharmacy services) and Siemens (building automation technology). 

Louis has a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Northwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
